The rules for using Lasikar Works — written to be readable, not just legal.
By registering for, accessing, or using Lasikar Works (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are accepting these Terms on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
These Terms apply to all users of the Service, including administrators, team members, and anyone accessing the platform under your account.
Lasikar Works is a cloud-based business management platform that includes tools for operations, finance, customer management, HR, workspace collaboration, and analytics. We provide the platform as a subscription service hosted on our infrastructure.
All features listed on our Features page, plus any new features we add during your active subscription — at no extra cost.
Custom development work, third-party integrations not built by Lasikar, or services outside the Lasikar Works platform.
We improve the platform continuously. Updates, patches, and new features are delivered automatically with no action required from you.
The Service is hosted on Hetzner, a German cloud provider. Your data is subject to German and EU data protection standards.
To use the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for:
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. Accounts registered on behalf of a business must be registered by an authorized representative of that business.
Access to Lasikar Works requires a paid subscription after your free trial ends. Our pricing is per user and per location, as detailed on the Pricing page.
All payments are processed securely through our payment partners. We do not store card numbers on our servers.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. When you cancel:
We do not offer refunds for partial months or unused portions of annual subscriptions, except where required by applicable law or in cases where a documented service failure was directly caused by Lasikar.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful business purposes. You must not use the Service to:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these restrictions, with or without prior notice depending on severity.
You own your data. Everything you input into Lasikar Works — customers, transactions, inventory, documents, financial records — belongs to you. We act only as a processor of that data on your behalf.
Lasikar retains all rights to the Service, including its code, design, trademarks, and documentation. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property beyond the limited license to use the Service as described here.
You retain all rights to the content and data you create or upload through the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to host and process your data solely for the purpose of operating the Service on your behalf. This license ends when you delete the data or close your account.
We aim to keep Lasikar Works available at all times. In practice:
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Lasikar's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, loss of data, or business interruption, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranty that the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted. We do warrant that we will operate the Service with reasonable skill and care, and that we will not knowingly introduce malicious code into the platform.
We do not warrant that the Service is suitable for any specific regulatory or compliance requirement in your jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of the Service complies with laws applicable to your business.
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. You may do so by canceling your subscription. We may do so by giving you 30 days' notice, or immediately in cases of serious breach (such as fraud, illegal use, or actions that put the platform or other users at risk).
On termination, your access to the Service ends and your data will be made available for download for 30 days, after which it is permanently deleted from our systems.
We may update these Terms periodically. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email and through an in-platform notice at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
If you do not agree with a change, you may cancel your subscription before the effective date and receive a pro-rated refund for any unused annual subscription period.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of the Service that cannot be resolved informally will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.
If you are accessing the Service from the European Union or other jurisdictions with specific consumer protection laws, those laws may provide you with additional rights that these Terms do not limit.
